About Elite Sports Mag

Elite Sports Mag is an independent digital magazine covering Fitness, Training, Athletes, Science and Sports. Training arguments get settled here with data, not volume. It is part of VUGA Network, a group of independent digital publications published in the United States.

How We Report

A popular method gets traced back to its original study, and that study is checked for sample size, training status of participants and effect size before anything is recommended. Marketing claims are quoted and then tested. When the honest answer is that nobody has run the trial yet, the article says so.

What We Cover

Fitness covers general preparedness — aerobic and anaerobic conditioning, mobility, body composition and session design for people training around jobs and families — with the dose, the progression and a realistic timeline stated. Training goes narrower, into volume, intensity, frequency, exercise selection and progression models across training ages, citing the research behind each variable and noting where practice runs ahead of evidence. Athletes profiles competitors through their preparation rather than their press coverage: weekly schedules, coaching decisions, testing numbers, injury management and the changes that produced a result, with verifiable performance data in every profile. Science reports the research itself — muscle physiology, energy systems, fatigue, sleep, heat and altitude adaptation — with sample size, participant training level and any conflict of interest included. Sports News carries results, record marks, qualifying performances and roster decisions with the times, distances or margins that make a result meaningful, while Business News follows the revenue moving through sport and fitness.

Transformation photos do not count as proof, and no payment buys a favorable verdict.
